As the days get shorter and colder in the Autumn to Winter months it can get harder to maintain motivation for your health and fitness regime.
So what can you do to ensure you stay motivated. Here are my 3 top tips;
- Rise early– although it may be challenging at first it will be well worth it, rising 1- 2 hours earlier allows for you to have a daily morning routine, of exercise and meditation ready to start the day in the best way.
- Keep to a routine – being structured on this is important, be sure to make all aspects of your wellbeing a part of your routine at set times and days, this makes it much easier.
- Keep balance – as important to your wellbeing as exercise,. is rest, so be sure to get the right balance to maintain motivation and performance. Keeping alternate training days such as cardio and resistance and have one complete rest day/treat day makes a big difference.
