    5 ways to stay motivated

Staying motivated can be tough but with the right resources it can be made much easier.

Here are 5 ways to help you stay motivated.

    1. Get a coach
    2. Have workout buddies
    3. Have a good routine.
    4. Stay focused on your why.
    5. Focus on what feels good.

In every workout routine you will always feel better once the workout is done.

With your focus on your why you will stay focused.

Having a good routine ensures it fits with your body clock.

Having workout buddies allows for extra fun on the journey.

And most powerful of all having a coach ensures you have the right methods to get you where you want to be.

  • Staying Motivated in Colder Months

    Staying Motivated in Colder Months

As the days get shorter and colder in the Autumn to Winter months it can get harder to maintain motivation for your health and fitness regime.

    So what can you do to ensure you stay motivated. Here are my 3 top tips;

    1. Rise early– although it may be challenging at first it will be well worth it, rising 1- 2 hours earlier allows for you to have a daily morning routine, of exercise and meditation ready to start the day in the best way.
    2. Keep to a routine – being structured on this is important, be sure to make all aspects of your wellbeing a part of your routine at set times and days, this makes it much easier.
    3. Keep balance – as important to your wellbeing as exercise,. is rest, so be sure to get the right balance to maintain motivation and performance. Keeping alternate training days such as cardio and resistance and have one complete rest day/treat day makes a big difference.

For more information on how to stay motivated and to book your initial coaching session, please send me a message below with your name and details of your goals and I’ll get back to you soon.
